How to buy a list of recent evictions?

I'm looking to buy a list of owners who've recently had to evict a tenant so that I can market to motivated sellers. My thinking is, anyone who's just had to evict someone is probably questioning whether they should keep their property. So, does anyone know where I could buy a list of recent evictions, maybe based on ZIP code, so that I could market to the property owners?

Here in Connecticut evictions are public record,  Have you tried looking online for the info yet?

Yes they're public record here, too. I was looking to save some time instead of digging through all the court cases.

@Peter MacKercher you usually don't "buy" eviction lists. You can usually find that info at your small claims court.

it's in public records. Thats a good strategy! I'm not sure if someone that just evicted a tenant but maybe someone who has been having problems with tenants, who is not screening properly. Good luck

A good resource

I also think that you don't "buy" eviction lists.  You can find more info on the eviction list by using law court.

I actually was looking into this last week!  I tried getting Missouri's to provide some sort of filter for eviction records but wasn't able to figure anything out unfortunately.  The eviction record websites that you can pay for appear to only check for a specific renter as opposed to providing all of the eviction cases all at once (which I guess wouldn't be very profitable for their business).  Makes me wonder where those specific websites got their data from though.

I've been able to find the names of parties involved in cases, but can't find the address of the case.

How can I get the address?

Hello @Peter MacKercher ,

I am currently looking around for eviction records in Nebraska and having the same problem as you are. However, I did come across this website, which might be helpful to you.

Best of luck.
