My real estate investing business is based in Arizona, but I'm working in Texas. No big question there.
I do have a question about using the Arizona based address for the return address OR using my partner's address, based in Texas?
Do you see a higher open rate based upon a local address or out of state address?
I sent 220,000 pieces last month and use my Bakersfield address although I market to 7 states.
Good Morning Michael,
Clearly, you're sending out a lot of yellow letters. You would say putting out of state address on there wouldn't make a difference compared to an in-state address?
How's your call rate?
If the curiosity is there is will get open and briefly read.
Response rate is awesome...
However keep in mind that you must cluster market.
I send the following
- Small Text PC
- Yellow Letter
- Large Text PC
- Professional Letter with flyer insert
- Greeting Card
We buy everything over the telephone so seeing the seller , house and where we are isn't relevant to a motivated prospect,
- Forgive the ignorant question, but what is a ZipLetter?
Michael, You're right, if there's enough motivation, no one will care where the purchaser is from, but rather how quickly they can pay.
Thank you for explaining your whole letter campaign and this to me!
