Yellow Letter Voicemail Script - Looking for Feedback
I'm planning on answering the phone whenever possible, but I also have voicemail setup to catch those calls that I can't get to. Please let me know what you think about this voicemail message script. I've listened to and read other scripts here on BP, but I have changed it a bit.
Hello this is [First Name]. Thank you for calling.
You received a letter from me because I want to buy your [County Name] County property. If you would like to sell your property, then please leave a clear message including your name, phone number, and property address.
I am not a realtor seeking to list your home. I want to buy your property outright for cash, as-is, as fast as you’re willing to close.
So again, if you are interested in selling your property hassle free, then please leave a clear message including your name, phone number, and property address.
Expect to hear from me within one business day. Thank you again for calling. I’ll talk to you soon.
