Better to dive in or take a class costing 10,000 dollars
Hello Everyone,
I have been having a hard debate with my girlfriend. She just went to a class that gave her the RE Basics. We do not have a house at this point in time, but we want to purchase a house soon. We have little cash now and are currently working on ways to finance our first house. We have a mentor that has been doing this for a while and has volunteered to help us, but with my girlfriend she says that she wants someone that will walk us through our first transaction. What do you guys think? Would you take the class or would you spend that money on the first house and learn from our mistakes. Thank you for your help and I hope to hear from you soon.
