How can I leverage attorneys to generate leads?
My brother is a pretty successful local attorney here in DFW. Obviously he has to be mindful of client information, but how can I leverage him to help me generate leads? Especially those that are going through a divorce and need to get rid of property, for example?
He'll definitely help me by letting me use him as an opportunity, but as long as it's ethical and not violating client-attorney privileges.
Also, what do people mean when they go to probate courts looking for deals?
