Listsource Criteria Critique
Hello BP community,
Over that last 60 days I've been doing lots of DFD and I'm looking at becoming a little more aggressive with my direct marketing so I'm looking at buying a list from Listsource. I was hopping some of you more experience investors could critique my list criteria before i purchase it.
- Zipcodes im intersted in
- 2-3 bathrooms
- 3-5 bedroom
- 80% -100% Equity
- Owned the property for 10+ years
- SFR
- built between 1940-1990
