Skip Tracing sites

I searched the board, this question have been asked numerous times but never really answered. Besides, websites are changing/updating/dissapearing all the time.
With all this being said ..... are you aware of good skip-tracing websites with monthly subscription but without long-term contract? We're looking for the least expensive way to trace 100+ owners of vacant properties. Sought information (where available): current address, phone # (home, unlisted and/or cell #), possible relatives.
Any suggestion is really appreciated!
Thank you!

I have used findtheseller.com in the past. If you are doing volume, even with their bulk purchases it will be expensive. I know use Accurint.com. They are a Lexis nexis provider (sp?). They are much less expensive (monthly subscription + cost per search). I do about 25 searches per week and it came to $415 for December and January. Depending on how deep you search, it can be more costly.
