Getting List of Monthly Evictions
Venna Jones-Cox was at my last REIA meeting and she mentioned that you can get a list of landlords and/or tenants who are being evicted from the courthouse.
She said and I agree that this is a good list to mail to or call and offer to buy their property, because simply a landlord is most frustrated when he/she has to deal with an eviction. She didn't go into detail unfortunately how to get this list.
Anyone ever do this or know if it's possible to get a monthly list of evictions in a municipality?
