Low cost marketing and prospecting ideas
I'm doing a mixture of ways to search for properties in the Baltimore area between homepath, driving neighborhoods, and the real estate websites. What are your all thoughts about looking up the public records for street that are attractive and in your area, then searching for non owner occupied houses to mail letters to? I figure it's a way to get familiar with different areas as well as prospecting for distressed houses and having means to find non-owner occupied houses via online at home.
