Ready To Start
About a week and a half ago I purchased Cody Sperber's first million in real estate and since then I've practically completed the course. The program has tons of videos that are actually very helpful for a beginner like me. I believe I have now built the general knowledge to get started. I am looking now to start marketing for a motivated seller and try to get my first wholesale rolling, and I am very excited to start. Although me being an 18 year old student I feel I have a disadvantage because people may think I am not serious. I want to start to put up bandit signs (anybody have experience putting these up in Ventura county?) since these are probably the lowest costing marketing material. Does anybody have any advice for marketing myself and be taken serious since I'm young and new? If anybody has any advice id love to know.
