So there is a reoccurring predicament coming up in one of the companies I work with - thought it might be wise to reach out here -
I work with brokers who sale commercial real estate (many times along with all the plants, products, and licenses) for marijuana. The issue I'm witnessing is on the investor side. We get a TON of excited tire kickers, but none that can pony up when we start exchanging numbers.
What's a solution you have for the weeding out process? Have any suggestions on where to market?
