Trying to understand this TAX SALE listing help!
Im young I've been checking out some tax sale listing and I've found alot that look like this. What I'm trying to understand is if vesta holding is trying to redeem the property or are they delinquint on there taxes. Just trying to figure out whats what and who's who when I go to a tax sale thanks!
