has anyone had any luck texting prospects on a blind blast text...I read that 95+% of all texts are read...Junk snail mail not so much...

I recently started texting FSBO listings and for rent listings and have received responses from those interested in selling. As I’m learning though, it seems like a better way to filter cold leads from warm leads. It may be best to call those people that respond to your inquiry rather than continue everything in text.
@Bradley Bladon Yes sir. That's one of my ninja strategies coupled with a voice broadcast. Works like butter.
I have never heard of this before and I find it very interesting. How is this done and how do you get the phone numbers of possible motivated sellers to text to?
Hey Bradley, you might want to speak with a lawyer regarding a "blind blast text" we built out a manual texting platform for our team to use and have VA's working to manage all the leads. But again, I'd look twice at mass texting and rvm services. https://www.ecfr.gov/cgi-bin/text-idx?SID=4be877499b3e508131313bf6e7933656&node=47:220.127.116.11.11&rgn=div5#se47.3.64_16000
