Networking in Tri-Cities, Spokane, & Wenatchee Washington
Hello all!
Just thought I would put up this post to network in those areas and see what connections we could make and maybe even do some business! :)
I am an active real estate investor based out of Wenatchee, WA however my target markets include Wenatchee, Tri-Cities, & Spokane, WA. I would have to say that my bread and butter is Wholesaling however, I do fix and flips with my dad (he's an experienced contractor) as well as buy and hold when the capital becomes available to do so.
I'm looking for Cash Buyers, Private Lenders, Wholesalers, and Bird Dogs in any of those areas.
