In need of change: marketing to pre-foreclosure properties.
Here we go;
I have been using the same marketing to pre-foreclosures for a few years now. We simple hand wrote a letter and self addressed the envelope. We send them out on a daily basis.
Well, times are changing. We are seeing a drop in our reply rates. So, I am looking to see what is working for others.
Here is the proposed question: For those that are presently marketing to "pre-foreclosures", what is working and why?
