REI Software for wholesalers
Over the last few months I've been researching different all-in-one REI software platforms. I've looked into "REIPRO", "REALEFLOW" and "FREEDOMSOFT". Currently I'm paying for "REIPRO" and I'm in a free trial with "REALEFLOW"
and I've only poked around in "FREEDOMSOFT"
So my focus at this present moment is to master wholesaling, so I need a system that I can:
- Pull different leads.
-Use default or upload letter/post card and send directly from the system.
-Run comps and save a report to show seller/buyer.
- Estimates repair cost
- Send contracts to sellers/buyers
- Organization by category or color coding
BASICALLY A SYSTEM THAT CAN TAKE ME FROM A-Z THAT WILL EQUIP ME WITH THE
TOOLS TO MAKE ME THE BEST IN MY AREA.
Is there any wholesalers here willing to share what system you use and a little on way you use
it and how you use it (workflow).
