Best Way to Market Apartments for Sale w/o Broker?
Hey Guys!
I've got a lot of marketing techniques that have worked for SFR's, but marketing my 12 unit apartments for sale is going to be different, I know. I'm not targeting the average home buyer, I'm targeting numbers driven investors.
Of course networking is first! So I am going to do that. I've got some good people in mind here in Lubbock. So far I have only told a couple of individuals as I was getting all the financials and info together. But now that I'm ready to go, what are some good ways to find investors? Maybe even out of town investors? Where do you guys look for deals like this?
