Wholesaling for start up cash to start investing. Whos doing it
How many of you are wanting to become a real estate investor, but cash is a big issue? How many of you have decided to wholesale to build cash up until you can buy a property? I am wondering for people doing this, what are your success stories with getting properties locked up and what are some or all of your disappointments? If someone was willing to "pay it forward" and help/teach you how to do it better is that something you would be interested in? I was blessed to have some of the top people in the industry as mentors and they taught me for free so I am offering to pass the knowledge down as long as you promise to do the same someday. I have been if over 250 deals in the last 3 years and own 5 rental properties just off the money I made in real estate. If you want help please reach out.
