Hello , I'm new to Realestate investing and I'm just looking to network and work with like minded people in my area, who are experienced in whole selling in Georgia. I have all the knowledge to get these deals done but it seems a little harder than the three day workshop that I attended made it out to be. I'm just having a hard time getting that one deal I just need a little more guidance.

What have you done so far? How are you marketing for deals?

@Rashida Bailey getting leads is the hardest thing to do in real estate or any other industry. The key is to learn how to get in front of leads the smart way by marketing to the masses. What you need to do starting Monday morning is to call every real estate ad in the local paper and network. This is just the beginning but you have to start somewhere. 

P.S. You need a website also if you don't have one it makes life so much easier.  

@Antonio Coleman  I am relatively new to whole selling myself but I find your post confusing. Why are we to call every real estate ad in the local paper and network? To see if the property is a potential investment for a buyer or to let the people marketing the properties know that we are looking for investment properties? Let me know.
