Good afternoon everyone.  I was wondering if someone could please give me some advice on direct mailers.  I would like to send direct mailers to every resident in one particular condominium building but I do not know how to get this done and don't want to use a real estate agent.  Ideally, I would like to send a mailer on a regular basis.

Write them by hand.  Photocopy them in color.  Put them in an envelope and tape them on every door.  That is the cheapest way in a condo complex and is the most effective too.

@James H. thanks for the advice.  Part of the issue is distance and I can't gain access to the building because I don't live there.  I'm happy to pay up for a service to take care of this for me.  I know real estate agents do this all the time.
