Marketing to owners for management contracts

We have a property management company and the few contracts we have came our way organically. We are ready to step up our game and start pushing for more management contracts, but don't have experience marketing to rental property owners. I'd love to get some advice on who and where to market and advice about the best way to land those contracts.

There are a few ways to go.  You can be visible in your marketplace. There are area social media groups that you can belong to. People on there often ask about property managers, etc. 

Make sure you are on Yelp, google and get reviews from your current clients to give you credibility.

If you want to go the mailer route, you can get a list of rentals from a local title company or at the county assessors office with home addresses.

If you dont do regular real estate sales, a huge way is to let your local realtors know that you will give them a referral and also refer back the sale when the owner is ready to sell.
