Finding the Right Properties
Hello, I have a few investors on call looking to fix and flip and I am trying to find the right properties for them. I am located in Long Island, NY where we have a heavy Sellers Market right now. I am currently seeking any suggestions on how to get my name out there to possibly get in touch with homeowners prior to them putting it on the market. I see signs all over the place saying "We Buy Houses for Cash!! Call..." etc. Does anyone know if this is a good marketing technique for sellers markets? Also open to any suggestions you may have that could help. Thanks!!
