Raleigh NC Wholesalers -- Potential Q and A session
I'm reaching out to the newbees in or around Raleigh, NC. I'm considering conducting a FREE 90 minute Q and A session for any newer investors (focusing on wholesalers or flippers) to answer questions along the topics of financing, how assignment contracts work and whether they make sense, the difference in NC between DD and EMD deposits, and some other basics. Our conference room holds 10 to 12 people. I'm open to doing this on a Saturday morning or during the week. I'm not sure if this is something of interest for the BP crowd or not.
