Hello Anita! 

I think with most marketing finding the right voice is the hardest part. Just trying to constnatly find interesting information that isn't just mroe clutter :)

For me handling prospects use to be the most difficult but we solved for that by building our CRM, phone, text, email, chat and follow-up systems. 

I have always broken the business into 4 pieces.

  • Lead Generation
  • Lead Capture
  • Lead Nuture 
  • Lead Fulfillment

One without the other three is rather useless. 

I imagine most will say that having enough leads is the issue. Then having those leads be qualified, then those qualified being priced to cause a contact, then ability to negotiate acceptable terms then ultimately reselling of the opportunity.
