Hi everyone!

I'm a real estate copywriter and content strategist...would love some input on what you experience as the most difficult aspect of marketing?

Thanks!

Good to meet you

For me handling prospects use to be the most difficult but we solved for that by building our CRM, phone, text, email, chat and follow-up systems.

I have always broken the business into 4 pieces.

  • Lead Generation
  • Lead Capture
  • Lead Nuture
  • Lead Fulfillment

One without the other three is rather useless.

I imagine most will say that having enough leads is the issue. Then having those leads be qualified, then those qualified being priced to cause a contact, then ability to negotiate acceptable terms then ultimately reselling of the opportunity.
