I am a licensed RE Agent and also have a Wholesaling LLC. Is it advisable to always separate the marketing strategy and if so, do I have to disclose my agency on marketing materials aimed at finding motivated sellers? For example, flyers or direct mail.
I am both an investor and a realtor in New Orleans. You need to check with your state's real estate commission to see what their advertising rules are. We are required to state "Owner/Licensed Agent" on all marketing materials here.
