Join your local REIA and ask other investors where they are looking to buy. Do some driving for dollars and look for new builds and renovations in process. Any area where there are lots of dumpsters around means there is activity going on. Talk to local realtors that know the neighborhoods and market. Ask them where the up and coming areas are.
