You might have better luck if you post your question in the regional specific forum of BP. I'm not at all familiar with PA, so I can't give you any details.
A fellow I trust suggested looking first in markets where you have friends/family/boots on the ground who can be local guides, and only going into a market cold if you have no other choice. Good luck!
@Jr Trotta I can speak for buying in PA. I work and invest in that market and its very investor friendly and affordable. You still need to learn the market and make good business decisions but it is absolutely a place to consider.
