Ways to maximize profit doing Joint Venture deals on Project ?
I am a newbie Investor from New York who came across a JV deal from a seller who seen one of my campaigns thru Craigslist.com.He has verbally agreed to a JV upon me closing out and thru my buyers list I’m looking to close out the deal in a 2-3 week as I have 3 hot leads . Any suggestions/advice regarding contracts in getting thru the process with no hassle or legalities ???
