REI business card, and disclosure as Realtor?
Hello to all, not new to REI or REA...
New to branding/marketing as REI
Any broker/agents struggle with disclosure while acting as investor?
I have REI bus cards being made, and REI website, thinking about adding an IDX to site (searchable MLS) properties.
Bad idea to combine both on website?
Called the state legal hotline, they suggested I disclose that I am licensed on marketing peices.
Dilemma: as most seller's considering doing business with an investor may not see doing business with a Realtor, or one in the same as favorable.
Thoughts?
