Is List Source Reliable?
I read about List Source in Finding & Funding Great Deals. So far it's only been useful to find SFR markets, but I want to start out house hacking a Multi-Family property. When I use the Multi-Family, Duplex, Triplex, and Quads filter on ListSource the properties on my list usually drop to zero. I do this for multiple zip codes and still most of the time the number stays at zero. I'm looking in New Jersey. Has anyone else run into this issue? Am I setting my filters incorrectly? Or are there just not that many Multi-Families in the NJ Market?
