Hey there BP,

I read a lot of posts around here dealing with building lists for direct mail. I have become very good at building my own, whether it is Probate, Absentee or Expired. But I want to be even better, and I'm looking for a functionality that's hard to find in Texas.

I frequently come up with lists of houses that are sorted by their legal description. While that is very handy when writing a contract, it takes me quite a bit of time to convert that legal description into a usable address for mailing. Does anyone know of a resource, online or otherwise that would let me search by legal description (like this: "LT:25 BLK:10 CITY:ROWLETT SUB:FLOWER HILL 6 ")?

Our County Appraisal District, the local MLS (NTREIS), and Reallist (Corelogic) all have this information listed for each property, but no way to search for it specifically...no search field for it. I'd rather not resort to using a VA for the conversion, but may have to if no one has any bright ideas.
