How to track calls and marketing

You can find many CRM services online at various price ranges. Hubspot is one such CRM which is doing pretty good right now.

Good Luck!

I used to keep an excel spreadsheet with all that info.

I used colors and cells to denote the metrics.

I also had a column with the dates of each call and a section with notes.

Obviously there are a LOT better ways to do that, but  yeah.. imagine that, that is how I used to get by!

I really hated the admin side of the business!

You can definitely start with Excel as Jerryll suggested. Get your basic business process sorted when the volume is small.

After you have a good grip of what you want to do, consider an upgrade to a CRM. There are hundreds. The one that is best for you is the one you can use consistently. You can find very inexpensive solutions and costly solutions. In some way, they are all worth what you pay if you use the tool well.
