Looking for Columbus Ohio references for contractors

2 Replies

Getting home in May from military obligations and will have money to get into a duplex 100-120k range. I would like to build a contact list for contractors and the like that people trust and do good work. If anyone could be of any assistance that would be great.

@Spencer Fisher  are you looking for GCs or subcontractors? Your best bet for subcontractors is going to Lowes early in the morning and collecting business cards. Your best bet for GVs is to Google them and have a list ready to give you quotes when you get in contract on a property.

@Spencer Fisher

I've got some great subs in the area. Still looking for subs in certain areas. But I've got good roof, tile, and drywall guys. I have no problem sharing.

On the 3 rehabs I've done this year in columbus I've found having good subs can be a competitive advantage.

Will send you a pm now.
