I recently started investigating Micro Flipping and would like to hear from anyone who has heard good or bad information about it. I keep reading articles by the software companies who obviously want to sell their software. Does anyone use it and has it worked for them. Please tell me the good, bad and the ugly if you can. Thank you in advance!

You may very well lose money trying to do this as an individual, the iBuyers have scale and they lose money in most cities, not to mention one mistake can cost 10s of thousands of dollars.
