Curious if anybody has alternative marketing options that can be utilized while sitting at a desk?

i don't have time to go home during lunch, and would like to be able to use my lunch break at work to market for properties.

Unfortunately, Lead Sherpa, Launch Control, and REIReply are all blocked on our computer system.

Just curious if anybody knows of any other active marketing I could be doing on my lunch break without picking up the phone and dialing around everyone in the office, haha

None of the methods you mentioned are "marketing" options. Forget those.

Do SEO, build a website and have the leads come to you instead of you going after them.

I don't lift a finger to get these and they are highly motivated and they already decided they want to sell TO ME!
