I live in Orlando and am wondering what’s the best way to invest some money I have access to. I am looking to use the $200k I have to start my journey, any suggestions or wholesalers got advice?
Hey @Moises Diaz . You have a lot of options depending on what type of return you want, how quickly, level of risk you are willing to take your age & family situation etc. You have enough to purchase a couple single-family or townhomes for short or long term rentals, do some private money loans, find a rehab project and flip some properties.
Message me and we can set up a call to discuss some options. I am not a financial advisor and don't give legal advice, but we can certainly go over some ideas. Good luck.
@Moises Diaz I agree with @Shawn McCormick , that is kind of a difficult question to answer because there are so many other circumstances that are unknown. I think the question to you would be what are you trying to accomplish? What does that life look like? Then you can reverse engineer and come up with some options.
Thanks guys, I am working with some investors and we all have a few different ideas of how we want to invest. However, I guess we are looking at different ways to invest. I think we would all like to find a flip.
