Investment Info:

Single-family residence wholesale investment.

Purchase price: $100,000
Sale price: $115,000

Incredibly honored to have worked with Jaleel Debrow on my first Texas real estate deal after moving here from Seattle in December of 2021. Jaleel is a local DFW real estate agent who found me this deal and helped me the entire way learning all the rules and procedures here in Texas to purchase this home.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Great area with a lot of other investor action

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Jaleel Debrow ( Local DFW real estate agent )

Did you do a double-close or assign the contract?

@Joshua Shipley - why the sad face - great job!  I was just curious.  95% of what we have bought from wholesalers have been via assignment of contract.  I prefer it - there are certain advantages to me when it comes to the property tax protest season when it is an assignment.  I would be happy to take some off your hands some time in fact!
