Seeking Advice About OPM and how it really works

Im 19 years old and I have one investment property under my belt and I’m looking for someone in the Mishawaka Indiana area that can help me with OPM and how it actually works and the steps to take to pay the lender off plus interest. Anyone have any advice to help me out?
