Wholesale Marketing Funding Partnership
Hello BP Community!
You all have been great answering my questions, i am so thankful for this community! Now, I am considering partnering up with someone who wants to provide me with funding (1-3k) for marketing for wholesale deals. I would handle all of the marketing implementation and work all of the leads. In return, we just split the wholesale profits 50/50. Has anyone done this before? Can you think of any obstacles or negatives with this approach? Thank you.
