Hello Meetup Investors,
I am an investor in Maryland. I have been in contact with some people who have "access " to bulk reo and different commercial deals. I also know a couple "representatives" of buyers looking for certain deals that I may can put together based what my contacts may have. I understand the process of assigning contracts with single properties. I just want to know how to structure something with multiple properties and how to tell if both parties are serious. Any advice on this would be appreciated. Thank you.
