Florida Insurance - Anyone used this site?

I was searching this morning and found this site. Has anyone here used this and found it valuable to any degree?

I navigated to the Rate Comparison Tool and chose Homeowners. The only thing that I see is that it does not take into consideration how the property is being held: ie owner occupied or rental investment.

Just asking if others have used this site.
