Apartment Complex analysis

I have a colleague that is trying to run numbers on a prospective purchase of an apartment complex. My experience is with single family homes. Any good calculators on BP or any formulas that any of you swear by that may help with the analysis. Ask always any feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks JB
