Affidavit of Continuous Marriage Florida
Hello BP,
I encounter a situation where I am purchasing a piece of land from someone who Spouse passed away. The county instructed me to provide them original death certificate and to remove the decease from the Deed. I am also required to submit an affidavit of continuous marriage. Does anyone know if there is a specific requirement in Florida for this type of document? What must I include or keep out? From researching on the internet it seems like there is no specific standard. I want to see if any of you have encounter this situation particularly in florida and how you went about it?
