Exclusively Ft Worth investment realtor

Hi all..this is my first post ever.  I am wondering if someone can recommend a realtor who knows Ft Worth in and out and is particularly an INVESTMENT property realtor.  I want to stay away from the mainstream real estate companies.  I once found one by Googling ..it was a private firm with a male realtor located in Ft Worth however I can't find it anymore!
