Objectives:

Stay where we are and continue to rent and buy and hold this property and rent it out and manage it.  

1) A place that we can live in when we begin to start a family. We would prefer to keep our lifestyle in SF with short commutes while we start a family.
2) An investment that will generate cashflow in 5-10 years. It is understood that it will take time to generate cashflow in SF as the initial investment is so high.
