Hello! I am looking for a second rental property and I have already been pre-approved. I want to offer a cash and a financed offer, but I don’t necessarily have my own cash. If the seller accepts the cash offer, can I use hard money and then do a cash out refinance shortly after the first closing? Pros and Cons?
