Hi, I'm having trouble analyzing this deal as a BRRRR. This is also my first time using the BRRRR calculator and I'm a complete noobie investor.
The plan is to purchase the property using private money, wrap all the fees & points into the loan and then immediately perform a rate & term refinance. However, I’m not sure if I’m inputting all the info correctly and using the calculator accurately & effectively. Please take a look and let me know if I’m on the right track.
