Help me analyze this deal
Im the investor thats been reading books, listening to podcasts and constantly searching for deals but has yet to pull the trigger over the last two years. Finances are finally in order and Im ready to make my first purchase. Here is a deal I came across, looks promising.
Just a note: New carpeting, New hot watertanks, new paint, new main door for the building entrance, new furnaces, new kitchen cabinetry and new kitchen floors. So this has been upgraded about a year ago.
If you see anything off or offer some suggestions that I'm not considering and or blind to, please let me know! Thank you for the support and help.
