Jeez;  where can I get one of these?  $3100 repair to raise the value this much?  Where is this?

This was my first post/inquiry in the discussion group. I have one other rental about a mile from this place. 

I am trying to figure all the costs out.  I am still in preliminary stages and trying to learn to analyze and not make any major mistake.  Luckily the 1st investment that I purchased with my brother in same area in 2015,  but different town lines, is doing well.
