Hello BP! Quick question that I would love some clarity as I continue to look for more information about the wholesaling process. When negotiating with a buyer, as a wholesaler, would you have a contractor and appraiser come in and look at the house before the wholesale contract so you can calculate the ARV or would you wait until after the wholesale contract is signed between you and the buyer? You should really have your ARV calculated before you even have a contract with the SELLER. Once you have the property under contract a buyer will likely want to run their own numbers which may involve a contractor looking at repairs.
